1. Data We Collect
We collect different types of data to operate and improve the Game. A consent module lets you authorise or refuse non-essential processing (personalised ads, non-essential analytics) at first launch and anytime from settings. Withdrawal is as simple as consent and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
a) Automatically collected when using the Game
- Gameplay data: progress, scores, time in-game, levels reached, actions performed.
- Device information: device model, OS version (iOS/Android), advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA/Advertising ID), language, and country.
- Technical data: IP address, crash logs, performance diagnostics.
b) Data you voluntarily provide
- Support: name, email address, and your message when you contact us.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data to:
- Provide and maintain the Game: operate the Game, save progress, ensure proper functioning.
- Improve and optimise: understand usage, balance difficulty, fix bugs, build features (analytics tools).
- Advertising: display relevant ads via partners; ads help fund the Game.

- Security: prevent cheating and fraud, ensure service integrity.

4. Advertising
Our Game displays third‑party ads to support development. Partners may use advertising identifiers and other technologies to show ads tailored to your interests.
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > disable “Personalised Ads”. Since iOS 14.5: App Tracking Transparency consent is required.
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > “Delete advertising ID”.
5. Web3 Wallet Integration via thirdweb
a) Data Collected and Processed
If you use the Wallet, we link your public address (e.g., 0x…) to your player account to assign digital assets. Transaction information is public and permanent on the blockchain.
b) Role of thirdweb
Wallet technology is provided by thirdweb. Your use of the Wallet is subject to their terms and privacy policy: thirdweb.com/privacy.
c) Your Responsibility
Blockchains are public and decentralised: your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone. Consider this transparency before enabling the feature.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes pursued. Data may be kept longer for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, then archived or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
- Right to object / restrict: limit or object to certain processing (unless required by law or necessary for contract performance).

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA): Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, +32 (0)2 274 48 00, contact@apd-gba.be.
Belgian law applies. Jurisdiction: French-speaking courts of the judicial district of Brussels (Belgium).
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable digital age of consent, e.g., 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Users aged 13–17 should play with parental/guardian consent where required by local law.
